We have personally checked the languages of this game. We have checked the PSVita version but PS4 should be the same. Don't forget to consult our present and future games here.
The game has no language selector, so we show you the title screen in all languages. First one, English:

As you can see, the full menu remains in English, but description changes to selected languages. This apply to the full game. All menus will be in English regardless the selected language, but the dialogues of the story will be fully translated.
In addition, there are no DLCs included in the PSVita version, thought Makise Kurisu appears in the cartridge's sticker, so it's frustrating and deceiving when you discover that detail. PS4 version includes all DLCs cause is the Overdrive version and Vita is the original one.
